What is Rent Your Couture?
Rent Your Couture provides a portal to a luxury styling concept where aspirational, socially, active, fashion conscious users gain access to high fashion. On a renter basis, as define here in. Through our application, clients will gain access to current season, select past season and accessories from top luxury houses on a rented basis and access to styling service by appointment.
What if the garments are accidentally damaged?
No worries! We offer an added insurance offer when checking out that covers accidental spills and damages. However, we may have to charge you if your dress is damaged beyond repair and no insurance coverage. We want all our members to enjoy looking fabulous as well.
Do you ship outside the US?
Sadly, we do not offer our services out of the US.
What if the dress I ordered doesn’t fit?
If your Piece does not fit you, then you may return the Piece to us within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays) of the date you received the Piece by contacting us via email or phone and returning the Piece in conformance with the return procedures.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping Cost will be estimated according to your zip code.
When is the right time to reserve my garment?
As soon as possible in order to ensure that you have the garment for the day of your choosing.
What if I am not home when my garment is delivered?
The drop off requires a signature. If no one is present, the piece will be delivered at the next available time.
Do you ship to a P.O box address?
We ship to home or office addresses where someone will be there to sign and receive the garment.
Can I tailor my garment?
Unfortunately, we do not allow customization on our garments in order to maintain its integrity and original feel.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. When should I be expecting its arrival?
All of our pieces can be delivered to you until 8:00 PM on your rental start date. If any issues appear please contact us at info@rentyourcouture.com
How do I decide on the perfect piece?
Our best advice is to shop based on the location of the event is being worn to. If not, you can always email us at info@rentyourcouture.com and our team will work with you in order to choose the best piece!
Can we wash our rentals?
The Pieces will be professionally cleaned and delivered ready to wear. We dry clean and inspect each Piece with the utmost care, but you acknowledge and agree that the use of the Piece is at your sole risk. Rent Your Couture shall not be held liable for any health-related issues, complaints or damages associated with a Piece rented from our Application.
What if my friend wants to borrow my rental?
The order placed under a single customer account, payment card or billing shipping address will be held liable for any damages. The can always rent it out themselves through our website.
How do I book a styling appointment?
Easy! Scroll down on our home page and click on the “Book” button in order to reserve yourself an appointment with our stylists.
How do I return my order?
A return will be attached to the garment bag which will be used and placed on the outside when it is time to be sent back.
Can I purchase a garment that is part of the rental program?
You agree and acknowledge that you are renting the Pieces and that ownership of the Pieces remains with Rent Your Couture at all times. If you would like to purchase a rented piece contact us at info@rentyourcouture.com
How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your Order for a Piece subject to the following cancellation fees. For cancellations that are 30 or more days in advance of your delivery date, Rent Your Couture does not charge a Cancellation Fee; for cancellations that are less than 30 days in advance but more than fourteen 14 days in advance of your delivery date, you will not receive any refund, but you will receive a full credit to your Rent Your Couture account.
Who can rent?
Although our pieces may be rented for use by individuals under eighteen (18) years of age, Pieces may only be rented through our Application by adults with a credit or debit card or other approved payment method.
Can I hire a stylist?
Rent Your Couture offers you unique, private styling experiences unlike any other. Users may book appointments with our stylists through the Application at any time prior to your Rental or during the Rental Period. Stylist appointments are generally billed on a flat fee basis at check-out but additional hourly rates may apply.
