The 4-Day Rental Period is selected according to the date of your event. Remember to place the order at least 2 days prior to ensure a proper arrival. Day 1 is the day you receive the garment and day 4 is the day you will return the garment.

Place your order before 2pm and receive it the following day!  If you are in Miami we will courier the garment if ordered by noon the same day

Please note that a return label is in the package and make sure not to discard it as it is necessary when returning the item, affix the pre-paid shipping label provided to the top of the box drop it off at any UPS location. Your return must be postmarked by 12 PM on the fourth day of your borrowing period. If it is postmarked after 12 PM or any day after the fourth day of your borrowing period, you will charged a $50 late fee each day it is not shipped back to us. If you misplace it, or it was never included, email info@rentyourcouture.com to get a new one.

Consider adding a second size of the same style to your order, if that option is available and/or order a second style as backup. The second size is an additional garment so you will be charged full price for it. However we do offer a 50% refund on the second size if it is returned unworn.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your rental order at least fourteen (14) days prior to the ordered delivery date. Due to the nature of the business, no cancellations are allowed within fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
